ChalPronto is a direct-sales storefront for people who already have customers. You add what you sell — products, services, appointments, digital downloads or a menu — and you get one shoppable link. Share it in WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS, email or a QR code, and the people who already ask you "how much?" can browse, order and pay without a twelve-message conversation. It is not a marketplace: ChalPronto does not publish a directory of sellers and does not send you customers. It gives the ones you already have a way to buy.

How much does ChalPronto charge per sale?

0% commission from ChalPronto. There is no platform cut on any order — card, cash on pickup, or peer-to-peer. You pay one flat subscription and nothing per sale. On card orders the payment processor charges its own processing fee, which goes to the processor and not to us; that fee is separate from ChalPronto’s 0% platform commission. Cash and peer-to-peer orders have no processing fee at all because the money never passes through a card network.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Your storefront is a web link that opens in any browser on any phone or computer. Your customer taps it, browses, and checks out. They do not download anything and they do not create an account.

No. The storefront is the website — you get a live, mobile-first page at your own link the moment you publish, with no domain to buy, no hosting to configure and no code to write. If you already have a website, keep it: most sellers put the ChalPronto link on it as the way to actually order.

What does it cost, and is there a trial?

One flat subscription, billed monthly or annually, priced in your local currency and shown live on the pricing section of this page. Every new seller starts with a 14-day trial. A card is collected when you sign up, nothing is charged during the trial, and the first charge happens when the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.

Only if you want to take card payments. Card payments run through Stripe, and the Stripe account is yours — it is created in your own name and the money settles there, not into a ChalPronto account. You can also run a storefront on cash at pickup or peer-to-peer payment without connecting Stripe at all, depending on what you sell. Stripe runs its own identity checks when you connect; that review is between you and Stripe, and ChalPronto cannot approve or override it.

Can I sell through WhatsApp and Instagram?

Yes — by sharing your link where those conversations already happen. Put it in your Instagram bio, drop it into a WhatsApp group or a reply, post it on Facebook, or text it to your customer list. Your customer taps it, orders and pays on your storefront, and the order lands in your dashboard with an alert to your email. ChalPronto does not post for you and does not read your messages; you share the link the way you already share everything else.

Can I use ChalPronto alongside my existing website, POS or marketplace?

Yes. ChalPronto is an additional direct-sales channel and does not require you to abandon anything. Keep your website, keep your point-of-sale, keep listing wherever you list. Square connects natively, so orders taken through your ChalPronto link push into your Square dashboard and kitchen setup in real time and status changes sync both ways.

Products, services, appointments, digital downloads, courses, menus and price lists. Physical goods for pickup, delivery or shipping; bookings for a time slot; files delivered the moment a buyer pays. Regulated and prohibited categories are excluded, and local licensing rules — food safety, cottage food, resale and similar — apply to you where your state and product category require them.

Do I need a business license?

That depends on what you sell and where you live, and it is not something ChalPronto decides for you. Plenty of sellers here are individuals rather than registered businesses. ChalPronto makes the software; you are the merchant of record for your own sales.

Which countries are supported?

Seller signups are open in the United States today. Your storefront link works for anyone you send it to, wherever they are — it is where you register as a seller that is currently US-only.

Is there a limit to how many storefronts I can create?

No. You can publish any number of storefronts, each with its own shareable link, which is how sellers run a flash sale, a seasonal drop or a single event alongside their permanent shop. Special storefronts expire on their own and their links then point back to your permanent one.
