The ChalPronto Partner Program pays you a commission on the qualifying paid invoices of every local business you refer. Share your unique referral link, the business signs up through it, and you earn when they pay. The rate depends on their plan: 20% on an annual or lifetime plan, and 10% on a monthly plan for up to twelve monthly invoices — twelve months of earnings per referral either way.

It depends on the plan the business chooses. An annual plan earns 20% of that annual invoice, which covers twelve months. A Limited Offer plan bills annually and is treated the same way, so it also earns 20%. A monthly plan earns 10% of each monthly invoice the business actually pays, for up to twelve of them. Twelve months is the maximum on any plan. If the business cancels earlier you keep what the paid invoices earned, and nothing accrues after that. Automatically. Once your approved-commission balance reaches $25, ChalPronto initiates a Stripe Connect transfer to your bank account on the next scheduled payout run (currently daily). You don’t need to manually request payouts — though a manual override is available from your dashboard if you want an instant payout of an existing approved balance. A commission normally becomes “approved” 30 days after the invoice is paid, which covers the refund window. Two things can extend that: new partners are held longer — your very first commission is approved at 120 days, and your second and third at 60 — and every commission waits until the business you referred has actually sold something.

Yes, as long as the payment stands. A cancellation on its own does not take the commission back — the business paid that invoice and we kept the money. What voids a commission is the money coming back: a refund, chargeback or dispute, which voids it whether or not the pending period has passed.

Anyone with a network of local-business owners — agencies, freelance designers, consultants, content creators, community leaders, accountants serving small businesses, and existing ChalPronto merchants. There is no application fee and no minimum referral quota. Approval is automatic at sign-up.

Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect to a bank account in your name, automatically. Once your approved balance reaches $25, the platform initiates a Stripe transfer on the next scheduled payout run (currently daily). Stripe handles currency conversion automatically for partners outside the United States. You can also trigger a manual payout from your dashboard if you want your earnings sooner than the next scheduled run.

A commission is pending for 30 days after the business pays, covering the refund window, then approves and becomes available for payout. New partners wait longer. Your very first commission is approved at 120 days, once the window in which that card payment could be disputed has closed — with no earning history behind you there is nothing for us to recover from if it is reversed after we have paid. Your second and third are held 60 days, and everything after that is the standard 30. A commission also waits until the business you referred has taken at least one real order, cash or card; if they never do, it approves anyway after 120 days. A refund or chargeback voids a commission at any point, including after payout, in which case it is recovered from your next one.

Payouts run through Stripe Connect, so you can be paid anywhere Stripe supports payouts to a bank account. Worth knowing before you start: ChalPronto seller signups are open in the United States right now, so that is where the businesses you refer will be based.

You can share your referral link within 60 seconds of signing up. The first commission appears in your dashboard the moment a referred business converts a paid subscription. Most active partners earn their first commission within the first two weeks.

No. Joining the ChalPronto Partner Program costs nothing. There is no application fee, no monthly fee, no minimum quota, and no lock-in. You only need a Stripe Connect account to receive payouts, which also costs nothing to set up.

Yes. The Partner dashboard shows live referral status, pending and approved commissions, total earnings, and full payout history. Every event — sign-up, subscription, renewal, refund, payout — is logged with timestamps so you can reconcile against your own records.

You keep everything already earned on invoices they actually paid — whether those commissions are pending, approved or paid out. Cancellation stops commission accruing from that point and there are no further payouts on that business. On a monthly plan that means you earned for each month they genuinely paid, up to twelve, and nothing after they left. Every other business you have referred is unaffected.
