What is the ChalPronto Partner Program?

The ChalPronto Partner Program pays you a 20% commission on every qualifying paid invoice from a local business you refer — for as long as the business stays subscribed. Share your unique referral link, the business signs up through it, and you earn every time they pay their invoice. No artificial cap on how long you earn.

How much do ChalPronto partners earn per referred business?

Partners earn 20% of every qualifying subscription invoice, with the commission cadence matching the business’s billing cadence. On the $29/month plan that is $5.80 every month the business stays subscribed. On the $288/year Annual plan, that is $57.60 each year as the business renews. On the $228/year LTO (Lifetime) plan — billed on an annual cycle — that is $45.60 each year as the business renews. There is no fixed cap; commissions continue for as long as the referred business pays its invoice.

How often do I get paid?

Automatically. Once your approved-commission balance reaches $25, ChalPronto initiates a Stripe Connect transfer to your bank account on the next scheduled payout run (currently daily). You don’t need to manually request payouts — though a manual override is available from your dashboard if you want an instant payout of an existing approved balance. Commissions become “approved” 30 days after the invoice is paid (the standard refund-window).

Do I get paid if a business cancels right after subscribing?

No. Commissions are pending for 30 days. If the business cancels its subscription, gets refunded, or charges back the payment within that 30-day window, the commission is automatically voided and not paid. You only get paid for businesses that complete the 30-day pending period without cancelling. After commissions auto-approve at day 30, they become eligible for payout.

Who can become a ChalPronto partner?

Anyone with a network of local-business owners — agencies, freelance designers, consultants, content creators, community leaders, accountants serving small businesses, and existing ChalPronto merchants. There is no application fee and no minimum referral quota. Approval is automatic at sign-up.

How do I get paid as a ChalPronto partner?

Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect to a bank account in your name, automatically. Once your approved balance reaches $25, the platform initiates a Stripe transfer on the next scheduled payout run (currently daily). Stripe handles currency conversion automatically for partners outside the United States. You can also trigger a manual payout from your dashboard if you want your earnings sooner than the next scheduled run.

When do my commissions become payable?

Commissions enter a 30-day pending window after the business pays — this covers the standard refund period. After 30 days they auto-approve and become available for payout. If the business cancels their subscription within 30 days, the pending commission is voided automatically.

Payouts are routed through Stripe Connect, which currently supports payouts to bank accounts in 40+ countries including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, most of the EU, India, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, and the UAE. Your local currency conversion is handled automatically.

How long does it take to start earning?

You can share your referral link within 60 seconds of signing up. The first commission appears in your dashboard the moment a referred business converts a paid subscription. Most active partners earn their first commission within the first two weeks.

Is there any cost to join?

Can I track my referrals and earnings in real time?

Yes. The Partner dashboard shows live referral status, pending and approved commissions, total earnings, and full payout history. Every event — sign-up, subscription, renewal, refund, payout — is logged with timestamps so you can reconcile against your own records.

What if a business I referred cancels their subscription?

You keep all commissions that have already been paid out. Pending commissions for the cancelled subscription are voided. Future renewals stop. You continue earning on every other business you have ever referred — cancellations never claw back paid commissions on other accounts.
