How much does ChalPronto cost?

Are there any transaction fees on top of the subscription?

ChalPronto does not charge transaction fees on customer orders. The only payment processing fees are Stripe’s standard fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per online transaction), which the merchant pays directly to Stripe. Cash-on-pickup orders carry no processing fee at all.
What’s included in the 14-day free trial?

The full ChalPronto experience: unlimited menu items, unlimited orders, AI menu extraction from photos, mobile-first storefront, modifiers, dietary tags, design templates for custom orders, multi-image galleries, promotions engine, team access with role-based permissions, WhatsApp / SMS / email order notifications, and Stripe Connect / Square / Toast integrations. No feature gates during the trial.
What’s the difference between Annual and Lifetime Offer (LTO)?

Annual is our standard yearly subscription. The LTO is an early-adopter rate locked in at signup and grandfathered for the lifetime of your account — you keep the discounted price as long as you stay subscribed. Both are billed yearly (the exact prices are shown in the plans above). The LTO is limited and may be discontinued without notice as we grow.
Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 14-day trial requires no credit card. After the trial, you’ll need a card on file to continue. You can also cancel anytime during the trial with zero charges.
Can I change plans later?
▾
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Monthly, Annual, and LTO at any time from the Subscription tab in your dashboard. Prorated charges and credits are calculated automatically by Stripe.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No contracts. No cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard with one click — your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods can my customers use?

Customers can pay by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (powered by Stripe), or by cash on pickup. Card payments require completing Stripe Connect from your dashboard so funds settle directly into your bank account.
Does ChalPronto work with Toast or Square POS?
▾
Yes. ChalPronto integrates natively with Square through one-click OAuth — orders push to your Square dashboard, KDS, and kitchen printer in real time. For Toast, we send every order to your kitchen email inbox or auto-print printer in seconds, no Toast partner program required.
Which countries do you support?

ChalPronto storefronts work worldwide. Card payments via Stripe Connect support 40+ countries including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, and the UAE. In countries where Stripe Connect isn’t available, businesses operate in cash-on-pickup mode.
