Pre-orders before the wholesale run.

You buy a case from the wholesaler. You sell it to your community before it ripens. ChalPronto holds the orders so you never overbuy or sell out blind.

The way it is now

You already know the friction.

  • You buy a case hoping to sell it — sometimes you eat the leftovers.
  • Customers ask "do you have any left?" all afternoon and you lose track.
  • Half your sales happen in DM threads that vanish into your phone.

The way it could be

What changes when you list here.

  • List what you have or open pre-orders. Either way the storefront tracks the count.
  • Inventory shows "3 left" and locks at sold out — never oversell again.
  • Every order arrives in your dashboard with name, phone, pickup time. No DM hunting.

Some weeks I open pre-orders before I drive to the wholesaler. Some weeks I bring back a case and post what I have right there. Either way the storefront does the math, the customers tap the link in our community group, and I have my evenings back.

Your workflow on ChalPronto

Five short steps. Most happen on your phone.

01

List the item

Snap a photo, set a price, set how many you can sell. Mark the menu as flash so it auto-expires when the season ends.

02

Share where your community is

Drop the link in any WhatsApp groups you're a member of. Post it to your Facebook groups. Put it in your Instagram bio. The link IS the store.

03

Take the orders

Customers tap, pick a quantity, choose a pickup time. Cash on pickup is the default; card prepayment is also an option if you prefer money in hand earlier.

04

Notify when ready

Mark each order ready. Tap the WhatsApp button next to the order — your pre-formatted message opens in WhatsApp with the customer's number, ready to send.

05

Hand over and complete

Customer pays at pickup or via Venmo / Cash App / Zelle / UPI. Tap complete. Repeat next weekend.

Already have inventory in your hands?

Sell what's on your kitchen counter right now.

You don't have to wait for pre-orders. If you just brought back a case from the wholesaler, list it directly with the count you have. Customers buy what's available; the storefront locks at sold out.

01

Snap and list

Take a photo of what you have. Type a price. Type the number of units. Done — your storefront is live.

02

Mark it featured

Tap the ★ feature toggle so this batch shows up in the hero rail at the top of your storefront.

03

Share the link

WhatsApp groups you're a member of, your Facebook groups, your Instagram bio, neighbors at the door. Word of mouth does the rest.

04

Sell down to zero

Each order decrements the count. Customers see "3 left" turn into "1 left" turn into "Sold out" automatically.

05

Re-list next week

Next case, same template. The storefront link stays the same; your community knows where to look.
